Our Story and Mission
First launched in October 2023, this innovative program is designed to support Ukrainians - who were forced to flee the war in their country and now reside in Suisse Romande - in their professional development and integration efforts. We offer individual mentoring (in English or Ukrainian) by experienced professionals who are Swiss or who previously moved to Suisse Romande from abroad. The goal is to provide two-way dialogue and trusted advice to guide Ukrainians through their professional and/or personal journeys.
